On 16 October 2026, the LavoroSolutions HR event took place in Tashkent — one we had been looking forward to with particular anticipation — and it exceeded all expectations!

The four-hour business programme brought together HR directors, heads of HR and company directors. Together we discussed the evolution of the labour market in Uzbekistan, the changing expectations of candidates and practical HR management tools in times of uncertainty. The speakers — heads of HR at leading companies and an expert from ManpowerGroup — shared real-world experience and answered guests’ questions.

But the most important thing we took away from the event was the atmosphere — an atmosphere of open, friendly dialogue, lively networking and genuine interest in one another. Guests actively joined the discussions, asked questions, met new people and exchanged contacts. It is events like these that remind us that the HR community is, above all, people who are ready to support one another and share their experience.
